Every Båge & Söner alarm clock is designed, assembled and quality controlled by hand in our workshop in Stockholm, Sweden. Each component is carefully selected and inspected, from stainless steel and dials to leather and mechanical parts. Before leaving our workshop, every clock undergoes a thorough quality control process covering finish, assembly, mechanical precision, alarm function and overall performance. To certify that it meets our standards, the accompanying manual is stamped and dated with the Båge & Söner seal.
We offer a two year guarantee on all Båge & Söner alarm clocks, valid from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Should a covered issue arise during this period, the clock will be serviced or repaired by our workshop.
Our commitment to service extends well beyond the guarantee period. Båge & Söner alarm clocks are made to last, and we are always happy to service, repair or restore your clock for as long as you own and cherish it. All servicing is carried out by the same small team of specialists who assemble our clocks. Because each clock is handled entirely by hand and must undergo careful testing and quality control before being returned, servicing may take time. This is a deliberate part of our process and ensures that every clock leaves our workshop working perfectly.
