Payment Options

Båge & Söner accepts payments via debit card, credit card, apple pay, Klarna and Swish.

All payments are processed by Shopify and your choosen method of payment. VAT is included on orders within the EU. VAT and/or import and/or customs duties are not included for orders outside the EU.

Båge & Söner never store or share any credit card information. Båge & Söner uses the external payment portal Shopify for e-commerce payment options. Shopify processes payment information and use technology that enables identification of the cardholder/or choosen payment method and all three providers meet the requirements of secure payments.

Delivery time

We normally ship the clocks within five working days of the order being placed. Depending of where you are placed the shipping takes between 1-7 working days, except in places where there are no daily postal deliveries. In certain areas we offer same-day delivery.

We have several delivery options, including Postnord, DHL and UPS. Choose between home delivery or pick-up point. You choose which delivery option you would like to use at the check-out where all your different delivery options are shown based on your postal/zip code.

If you are in a hurry you can even pick up your clock directly from our workshop in central Stockholm by sending us an email directly after making your purchase.


You can exchange and return your clock within the first 30 days of your date of delivery (the clock must be in new condition). As soon as we have received the clock, the refund will be processed which can take up to 5-7 working days.

We provide a two-year product guarantee on our clocks that takes effect from the date of purchase.


We offer free shipping worldwide. In the event of a return, we charge a handling cost of 299 SEK /50 Euro / 70 USD /50 GBP.
