Caring for your Alarm Clock

Your Båge & Söner alarm clock is powered by a single AA battery. The battery compartment is located on the back of the clock and can be accessed using the small screwdriver included with every clock. To open the hatch, carefully remove the two small screws. Under normal use, the battery will last for approximately one year.

It may be time to replace the battery if the light appears dimmer than usual, the timekeeping becomes less precise, or the alarm does not sound as expected. We always recommend using a high quality AA battery, as battery voltage directly affects the clock’s performance and reliability.
