This June, the annual Brilliant Minds took place at the iconic Grand Hotel in Stockholm.

One session that especially resonated with us was Bryan Johnson’s talk,"Don’t Die." As one of today’s leading experts on longevity, Johnson highlighted how essential sleep is. Not just as rest, but as one of life’s greatest performance tools.
He reminded us that quality sleep is the foundation for creativity, clarity, and resilience. He shared practical ways to let our nights truly work for our mornings.
Guiding Principles for Better Sleep
♡ Eat light, and finish meals at least 4 hours before bed
♡ Keep your heart rate low in the evening
♡ Turn off your phone 60 minutes before sleep
♡ Go to bed at the same time every night
♡ Avoid blue light so the brain can fully unwind


His message was clear
